What this policy covers
This policy applies to https://fsa-enterprises.com and to the enquiry and newsletter forms on it. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, which publish their own policies.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, country, budget, timeline and the description of your project. Our server also records the IP address a submission came from, which we use to rate-limit abuse.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while a commercial conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie so forms can be submitted securely, and a CSRF token cookie that protects those forms from cross-site request forgery. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential material through a web form.
